Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz fish fillet
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts or PB powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • garlic and ginger to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Dip fish in egg, then coat with peanut mixture, almond flour and seasonings.
  3. Bake 12–15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  4. Use PB powder for a lighter crust.
