Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural nut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Water or milk as needed

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Add a splash of water or milk if mixture is too dry.
  3. Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Keep portions small and pair with fruit if you want additional carbohydrate and fiber.
