Cinnamon Egg Biscuits

These aren't your average carb-heavy breakfast pastries.
Imagine waking up to the warm, comforting aroma of cinnamon and vanilla, knowing a perfectly fluffy, satisfying breakfast is already prepped. These Cinnamon Egg Biscuits deliver all the cozy flavors of a morning bakery run, but they are secretly a nutritional powerhouse.
By swapping traditional flour for almond flour and using a clever base of blended cottage cheese and eggs, these biscuits achieve a beautifully moist, tender crumb while keeping carbs impressively low. The addition of vanilla protein powder not only enhances the flavor but bumps the protein up to a hefty 11 grams per biscuit. They are the ultimate grab-and-go morning meal or post-workout snack—designed to keep your blood sugar steady and your hunger at bay.
