Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz baked extra-firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup shelled edamame
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Method
 

  1. Heat tofu until lightly golden and warm edamame.
  2. Layer greens and cabbage.
  3. Add tofu and edamame; top with seeds, tamari and ginger.
